A snippet of my journey so far…
about AShA little bit about me…
I am fortunate to come from a family that laid emphasis on developing a deep and meaningful relationship with the divine. I was exposed to vedic scriptures and learned how to chant from a very young age. I grew up learning classical Indian music and dance which deepened my relationship with the divine. This set the stage for my life long spiritual quest.
I incorporate spiritual elements from Vedic, Tibetan Buddhist, and Peruvian Shamnic traditions in my healing work. These practices provide a solid foundation of light for my energy work.
My purpose is to help my clients shed deep seated generational and past life trauma to reveal their truest selves. I also help my clients discover and align with their life’s purpose.
In 2023, I decided to move up to Mount Shasta, California to become a healer full time. Anyone who has visited this sacred mountain knows the magic it holds. I chose to set up my healing practice here so I can channel this beautiful energy to my clients all over the world!
Healing is my calling, it is the thing that I enjoy doing the most. I am so grateful that you are here.
Welcome to my corner of the Universe, I’m so excited to share my gifts in service of your highest good!

Alchemy and how I do it
Spiritual alchemy is the process of transforming trauma to enlightenment much like transforming lead into gold.
It involves diving deep into your shadows and trauma, seeing them, accepting them fully, and transmuting them into your greatest strengths all through the power of self-love.
It is a path of mastery and discipline that yields tremendous rewards. I believe that everyone should know how to alchemize their deepest trauma and fears into their greatest strengths. I am here to help my clients alchemize their shadows to their strengths!
Spirituality is at the center of my daily life. I draw from the spiritual wisdom of Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism. I am trained and certified in IQM, BQH, Reiki, Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation. I also use intuitive gifts such as Light Language during my sessions.
I also invoke ascended masters, goddesses/deities, and extraterrestrial beings of light such as the Arcturians and the Pleiadians during sessions.
Each client gets a custom blend of the many modalities I practice.
Becoming Sophia
My spiritual awakening has been a lifelong journey.
I have always been psychic. As a child, I would see my ancestors and spirit animals around me all the time. I didn’t understand my gifts at the time and learnt how to suppress them.
I had my first major awakening just before a major shift in my life in 2012. I had a past life regression session and angelic healing done to open up to my gifts once again. Almost immediately after this, I learnt Reiki and unbeknownst to me, I began my journey as a healer.
During the great reset of 2020, I became clear that healing is my calling. I took courses to help me become a better healer and dug deeper into ancient spiritual knowledge. I established a firm spiritual practice and embarked on my journey to start Ash Alchemy.
During this time, I have journeyed into the underworld of my soul to dig deep and uncover the deepest parts of me that needed love and healing. I have experienced many (ego) deaths and rebirths. Each time I emerge covered in my own ashes as I rise like the phoenix to thrive another day.
Aishwarya means prosperity and abundance – this beautifully symbolizes my light side which is abundant in love and joy. Ash symbolizes my shadow side. She is the fearless warrior who is a master in the spiritual realm. I honor and cherish both my light and dark sides as I will forever be a perfect balance of the two.
As I went through my initiation as a healer I chose the name Sophia as my last name. Sophia means feminine personification of wisdom and bravery. It also is the womb of nothingness that creation emerges from. This is the energy I aim to embody on my journey as a healer.
Past Lives
I started my career as a trial attorney specializing in Maritime and International Trade law. After being an attorney for 6 years I decided to get an MBA and pivot into Management Consulting. Many years and 4 college degrees later I realized I’m meant to be a healer. I often wonder why I had such a long winded path to my calling. I quickly realized that it was because I had to acquire certain skills from both my past careers.
I learnt how to be strong and resilient in the face of adversity as an attorney. I also learnt how to read people and set solid boundaries. In business, I learnt how to be tactful and observant. I learnt how core wounds such abandonment or betrayal play out in adults – including myself!
I’m so grateful to my two previous careers for giving my healing such dimension and edge.
Although the path here was sinuous, I am here now and I come prepared.
